At OSIRA we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

 

Currently shipping is domestic (Australia) only, we do not currently offer overseas shipping. 

 

Orders are dispatched through Australia Post within two business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please contact us if you don't receive an email - (just check your junk/spam folder first).

 

Time Frames

Once your order has been received at Australia Post, delivery to most metro areas is usually 3-6 business days. However, please allow 'up to' 2 weeks for interstate and rural areas*. 


*Time frames are estimates only and provided by Australia Post. There may be slight shipping delays during peak times such as Christmas and public holidays.

Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the purchase date

Refunds are capped at a maximum of 3 cartons per order, at the original checkout price

Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are non-refundable

Limit of one refund claim per household, applicable to the first order only

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding original delivery fees).
